Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Experience in airline ticketing and reservations
- Proficiency in GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.
- Knowledge of ticket re-issuance, refunds, and cancellations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage online travel bookings
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Flight booking and ticket issuance
- Handling online and walk-in customer enquiries
- Processing ticket changes, refunds, and revalidation
- Providing professional travel support to customers
